A few years ago, I was an award-winning TV journalist.

I hung up my microphone and quit the reporter’s life to become a wife and stay-at-home mother.

That came with a rollercoaster of emotions.

Many days, I felt caged, trapped, and sometimes worthless. I lost myself.

Then, an affair rocked my marriage — publicly.

The demise of my family was unfolding on a reality TV series without my consent. I was devastated. 

We all know rejection hurts, but self rejection is a greater tragedy — a greater heartbreak.

This was my wake-up call! No one was going to save me. I had to save myself. 

I was determined to rise above the storm while maintaining grace under what felt like fire.

Now, I’m sharing my secrets to healing a broken heart. And, methods I’m using to live happily ever after with the loves of my life, my kids.

I encourage you to walk in love, stay in peace, and hold on to joy, no matter what!
